No. Every order includes a free DFM review with concrete suggestions. Full 3D modeling from sketches is quoted separately at a fixed fee.
Parts are packed in protective, recyclable packaging. US shipping is calculated at checkout; local pickup in Austin is always free.
If a part does not match the approved specifications, we reprint or refund — your choice. Custom modeling fees cover design time and are non-refundable once approved.
